IT B2B Support Analyst

Schneider is looking to add an IT B2B (Business-to-Business) Support Analyst to our team. In this position you will analyze scorecards and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve process performance. You will also develop relationships with assigned lines of business to understand the business model and operations, objectives and levers used to measure for success.

About the role:

  • Utilize project management skills to ensure the successful implementation of B2B onboarding projects of any complexity as well as initiatives to implement new processes or technology
  • Facilitate a continuous improvement methodology to make recommendations for process improvements
  • Understand B2B and TECH process and design models, options and capabilities in order to recommend solutions to meet business and partner solution objectives
  • Audit business practices and analyze dashboards, metrics and workflows

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Experience with interpreting various B2B languages/code such as EDI, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, etc.
  • Understanding of various connections and transfer methods such as FTP, AS2, API
  • Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations
