Schneider is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to increase the efficiency of the organization by maximizing the contribution of our associates. In this role, you will provide integrated support to a line of business/shared service, are a member of the leadership team, and will focus on delivery of human resource services and business results.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the development of departmental staffing projections and annual plans, in line with SG&A targets.
  • Provide mentorship to leaders regarding associate skill and career development activities.
  • Lead plans and processes for turnover tracking, needs assessment, staffing, recruiting, selection, and leadership planning.
  • Ensure client departments are integrating quality processes into their work, and are measuring productivity and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and assist with risk and readiness assessments and develop action and contingency plans.

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Four to six years of practical experience.
  • Ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations
  • Required skills: implementation, planning and organizing, facilitation.
