Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Green Bay to build an ongoing truck driver candidate pipeline by gathering leads through various methods. The Senior Recruiter will handle all responsibilities in the recruiting process – from cold calling a lead to extending a job offer.
Responsibilities:
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to find truck driver candidates.
- Review candidates via Schneider’s applicant tracking system.
- Interview candidates and sell Schneider’s truck driving opportunities.
- Be a subject matter expert for candidates on all things related to driving jobs Schneider has available.
- Ensure candidates are given timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
- Maintain excellent customer service with candidates.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field.
- 2-4 years of previous recruiting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
