Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Operations Representative in Green Bay to work with owner-operators to ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Representative will execute daily operational processes that ensure high-quality service is delivered and act as a liaison between owner-operators and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with owner-operators.
- Resolve problems involving customer service, internal departments and external vendors.
- Identify areas of improvement with owner-operators and communicate those opportunities.
- Match available capacity to customer delivery needs.
- Use planning processes and decision-making tools to develop optimal plans.
Skills and qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Outstanding project management skills.
Pay and benefits:
- Additional $1.25 per hour on second and third shift, $2.00 per hour on weekends.
