Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Bilingual Driver Recruiter in Green Bay to make secondary contact with truck driver prospects through answering phone calls, making outbound calls and sending text and online messages. The Bilingual Driver Recruiter will conduct interviews with driver candidates, which are scheduled by Recruiting Specialists, and make conditional job offers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming phone calls from truck driver candidates and sell Schneider’s driving opportunities. 
  • Be a subject matter expert for candidates on all things related to driving jobs Schneider has available. 
  • Conduct interviews with candidates who were qualified by Recruiting Specialists and make the final hiring decision on behalf of Schneider. 
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals. 
  • Maintain excellent customer service with candidates. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field. 
  • 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
