Job overview: 

Schneider is seeking an IT Software Engineering Team Leader in Green Bay to provide day-to-day leadership of solution delivery and team members. This job has a high degree of collaboration with other business and Tech teams.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the team that supports the Solution Delivery. 
  • Manage and measure the contracted vendors
  • Responsible for defining, documenting, monitoring and analyzing IT processes within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • framework.
  • Determine, analyze and formulate current practices, user needs and workflow processes, issues and potential solutions
  • Assist in resolving difficult and complex support problems.
  • Create and sustain a high-performance environment through leadership processes and actions. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading solution delivery teams for Transportation and Logistics Businesses.
  • Ability to work on-call in a team rotation.
  • Broad knowledge of Transportation Management Systems.
