Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Green Bay to support Schneider’s semi-truck leasing business, SFI Trucks and Financing. The Administrative Assistant will work with SFI clients from initial contact to when they pick up their truck, while also assisting SFI Account Administrators with administrative-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Work with prospects and clients through phone calls, email messages and in-person conversations.
- Provide prospects with information about truck leasing opportunities.
- Act as a closing agent for SFI clients when they pick up their truck.
- Present information to small groups of clients during their closings.
- Support SFI Account Administrators by making calls to clients, setting up travel arrangements, reviewing documents and providing truck closing assistance.
- Maintain copies of lease documents, insurance documents, invoices, titles and other business-related documents.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
