Job overview: 

Schneider is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist in Green Bay to develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and drive business growth. The Senior Digital Strategist will create integrated customer journeys that encourage awareness, adoption and usage of Schneider’s services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, strategize and execute lifecycle and retention programs, including defining priorities, recommending investment plans and setting functional goals. ‘
  • Design user states and events.
  • Engage with internal, cross-functional marketing teammates to ensure business objectives translate into actionable and impactful digital cross-channel strategies with clear measurements of success and high-quality standards for execution. 
  • Create and maintain audience buying journeys through collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategy documentation to activate the team to build and optimize cross-channel programs (email, web, push, social, SMS, paid, etc.) and personalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with MarTech dev and channel administrators to implement and prioritize use cases.
  • Create test cases and perform QC audits to ensure automated journeys are working as expected.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all data sources that power personalization and audience creation and segmentation. 
  • Track lifecycle performance and make optimizations by working with channel administrators (email, web, paid).
  • Serve as a multi-channel growth subject matter expert and help to identify the appropriate level of effort required to support initiatives.

Skills and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, not including internship experience.
  • Experience working with customer data platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive campaign improvements.
  • Able to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations.
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, UTMs, data visualization tools and Google Tag Manager.
