Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in developing data-driven insights that help improve our Commercial efforts to drive growth and profit across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to take a hands-on approach in building analytical products, analyses, and insights that drive marketing strategy. The Marketing Analytics Manager will utilize SQL to create complex queries in Snowflake, building the foundation for data to be ingested into Power BI to develop diagnostic dashboards. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of business analysts, fostering growth while ensuring high-quality, actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts by providing guidance on analytical techniques, data interpretation and dashboard development.
- Design and develop scalable data models in the data warehouse, Snowflake, using Structured Query Language (SQL) to structure, clean and transform data.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate and load data into Snowflake from different sources.
- Optimize Snowflake’s performance by tuning queries, managing data portions and ensuring efficient storage utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure models meet the business’ needs for reporting and analytics.
- Oversee the design and execution of Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing analytics efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior marketing leaders.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of analytics experience.
- Experience with Power BI and building complex dashboards.
- Advanced SQL skills, including creating complex scripts and data models within databases.
- Able to automate recurring reports and analytics processes.
- Experience analyzing, optimizing and translating marketing data.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, and marketing automation tools, such as Simon Data.
- Expert in marketing analytics, including customer segmentation, campaign measurement and attribution modeling.
- Excellent leadership skills.
