Job overview: 

Schneider is seeking a Product Manager in Green Bay to oversee the development, commercialization and analysis of a product. The Product Manager will work with key business stakeholders to understand emerging trends and integrate these findings into the planning and adoption of the product. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Define business cases and benefit scenarios that support the investment decisions of a product. 
  • Collaborate with various internal associates to understand their needs and create technology plans to solve problems. 
  • Align products’ vision and roadmaps with the organization’s goals and key performance indicators. 
  • Create user personas to drive product decisions. 
  • Drive process improvements and change management to enable product success. 
  • Resolve business design and delivery issues and drive escalations as needed. 
  • Oversee products through all stages of their life cycles. 
  • Identify goals and metrics for products and make changes based on findings. 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field. 
  • A minimum of 2 years of strategic project-based work experience. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary IT and business teams. 
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean Kaizen. 
  • Experience with business processes, customer experience techniques and change management methodologies.
