Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist in Livonia, MI to create and maintain reporting that identifies noncompliant activities involving suppliers. The Supply Chain Compliance Specialist will provide feedback to suppliers, customers and internal teams regarding performance. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage a database of non-compliances and actions taken to provide trend reporting. 
  • Enter monthly non-compliance data into databases to administer monthly monetary deductions. 
  • Respond to supplier disputes regarding deductions. 
  • Work with suppliers to reduce repeat non-compliances. 
  • Build a strong working relationship with suppliers, internal customers and external customers. 

Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One plus years of supply chain or logistics experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Background in data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
