Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Business Technology Analyst in Green Bay to maintain and enhance business insights and automated business processes. The Business Technology Analyst will be responsible for incorporating technical solutions to business problems and collaborating with business stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and find the most effective way to solve business problems with innovative technology solutions.
- Follow design standards to limit maintenance and provide long-term resiliency.
- Become proficient with approved business technology software and evaluate new technologies.
- Combine data from various sources into flexible and customizable formats.
- Create and maintain business analytics to deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze and improve existing automation and processes.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
- 1-2 years of computer tools and technology experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, RPA, Tableau, PowerBI, Visual Basic, Access and Excel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work routinely on-site at a Schneider facility
