Job overview:   

Schneider is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant in Green Bay to enhance the Executive Team's effectiveness and promote the corporate image through efficient organizational and time management skills. The Senior Executive Assistant will also provide administrative support related to donations, community involvement and event planning for Schneider’s philanthropic arm, the Schneider Foundation.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the calendars of the Executive Team, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. 
  • Create and edit correspondence, memos and presentations for Board of Directors meetings. 
  • Organize meeting agendas and conduct basic research when needed. 
  • Maintain records, reports and spreadsheets for executive needs. 
  • Respond to phone calls, letters, emails and memos. 
  • Process grant requests, coordinate events and schedule meetings for the Schneider Foundation. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with local not-for-profit organizations 

Skills and qualifications:  

  • Associate degree in business administration or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
