Job overview:   

Schneider is seeking a Lead Operations Representative in Green Bay to act as a subject matter expert for an operations team by leading trainings, overseeing daily work and assisting with issues. The Lead Operations Representative will ensure desired business results are met by delivering superior service to internal and external customers   

Responsibilities:   

  • Perform day-to-day operations-related tasks   
  • Create work schedules and assignments for operations team members   
  • Train and mentor new and experienced teammates   
  • Provide support to fellow associates when problems arise   
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities   
  • Develop and update trainings and training materials   
  • Work with operations leaders to identify new training opportunities   
  • Evaluate the skills of new and experienced team members   
  • Develop and test new systems and processes.

Skills and qualifications:   

  • High School diploma or GED.   
  • 1-2 years of operations-related work experience.   
  • Strong problem solving skills.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   
  • Strong leadership skills.
