Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Green Bay to provide systems support and analysis on a broad spectrum of operational and financial issues. The Reporting Analyst will have a deep understanding of the company’s business processes and data flows in order to enhance current data measures and develop solutions to measurement challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and support reporting and analytics solutions.
- Provide systems support to department leaders and financial controllers.
- Develop decision support tools, processes and reports that provide solutions or clarity regarding cost drivers and revenue potential.
- Assist with ad hoc report development and deploy new measurement processes.
- Present reporting and technology solutions to internal and external customers.
- Identify process inefficiencies and present solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy of new analytical applications and processes.
- Recommend new technology enhancements to better meet customers’ needs.
- Monitor and maintain automated report generation and distribution.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business analytics, computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with business intelligence software, including Blue Prism and Python.
- Experience with Python, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, SQL, VQL, Snowflake, Denodo and Oracle.
- Knowledge of MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of programming methodologies, including object oriented programming and sequential processing.
- Knowledge of programming techniques, including Functions, Loops and Conditional Statements.
