Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Mexico City to provide support to Schneider’s Sales division. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and sending reports for different clients and CS team.
- Support appointment confirmations with different shippers, tracking cargo/deliveries from different accounts.
- Create and accept customer orders in the system.
- Schedule appointments for orders.
- Create documentation throughout the order creation process.
- Work closely with customer service teammates and leaders.
- Solve issues for customers.
Skills and qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward a bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Pay and benefits:
