Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in Green Bay, WI to support Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) division by selling the Carrier Purchasing Program (CPP) to new carriers. The Senior Sales Specialist will handle inquiries from carriers about the program and introduce new opportunities to current carriers.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to carriers to sell the benefits of CPP.
- Identify clients’ needs and sell the appropriate services to fit their needs.
- Handle inquiries from existing carriers about the program.
- Work with the carrier qualifications team and fuel vendors to on-board new carriers into the program.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree.
- Two plus years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding customer service and selling skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
