Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Logistics Broker Intern in Green Bay, WI to provide support to Schneider’s Power Only team. The Logistics Broker Intern will gain an understanding of transportation, sales and customer service through training opportunities and hands-on work assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Coach carriers how to use our digital tools to improve their business needs.
- Evaluate service data to positively impact carrier performance
- Effectively track and update trailer statuses.
- Communicate internally and externally with customers on the status of their loads.
Prospect for new carriers and develop existing carrier relationships.

Skills and qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree.
- Able to work full-time over the summer.
- Effectively able to communicate, problem solve and multitask.
