Job overview:    

  • Schneider is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Green Bay to play a key role in shaping competitive pay programs that attract and retain top talent. 
  • The Compensation Analyst will partner with leaders across the organization to support Schneider’s compensation strategy and solve business challenges as they arise.   

Responsibilities:   

  • Participate in salary surveys and perform comprehensive market research to develop and maintain competitive compensation programs.   
  • Act as a consultant on all compensation-related matters.   
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation.   
  • Develop documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines and processes.   
  • Create reports and analyze trends to support talent strategies.   
  • Ensure programs comply with laws and regulations.

Skills and qualifications:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).   
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.   
  • Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.   
  • Able to comprehend and communicate complex concepts.   
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
