Job overview:    

Schneider is seeking a Data Specialist in Green Bay to ensure data accuracy and compliance within Schneider’s systems. The Data Specialist will work directly with internal teams and external customers to maintain data integrity, ensure accurate system integration, secure access management and align with enterprise data standards.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Ensure customer data complies with established data quality rules and standards.    
  • Provide support to process teams on enhancements and modifications of customer information and technology.    
  • Research, validate and understand the effects of inactivating customer profiles.    
  • Perform customer data auditing functions, including resolving data inconsistencies and data quality issues.    
  • Document processes, updates and changes to support continuous improvements.    
  • Perform security changes, including access updates and role modifications, in accordance with security policies. 

Skills and qualifications:     

  • High school diploma or GED.    
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.    
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
