Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Tire Account Coordinator in Green Bay to assist with running the enterprise’s tire program through working with suppliers. The Tire Account Coordinator will be a tire subject matter expert and will handle tasks related to invoicing and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Schneider’s inventory of tires by working closely with suppliers.
- Maintain standard operating procedures for the tire program.
- Create reporting for internal and external customers.
- Research new tooling and processes that may provide enhancements to the current tire programs.
- Verify invoices, prices, corrections and balance statements involving tires.
- Negotiate resolutions with vendors regarding tires.
- Perform assessments at service sites to ensure program compliance.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree or 2-4 years of engineering, maintenance or inventory management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
