Houston Community College
Houston Community College (HCC) has offered the Commercial Truck Driver Training Program for 20 years. It started in 1995 with one truck, one instructor and a dream.
Founder Van O'Neal wanted to train students in a career that would be stable and allow them to excel in an industry vital to our economy. His dream grew from a small rented facility to a college-owned 13,000-square-foot building on 11 acres at the HCC Northeast Campus.
