The Professional Truck Driver Training program is a comprehensive program designed to teach students to master the skills for the entry-level tractor-trailer driver; that is, the minimum training required to become a CDL driver. Program Delivery Programs will be administered utilizing a synchronous modality combining video conferencing and classroom instruction. Upon exiting the Professional Truck Driver Training Program and successful completion of the Texas Department of Public Safety Class A CDL examinations the student will possess the skills necessary to gain employment as an entry level tractor-trailer driver.North Texas Institute for Career Development CDL training location(s)
