Mike Steele

Mike is Human Resources Business Partner for Port Logistics at Schneider. Prior to coming to Schneider, Mike had a decade of human resources experience working in union and non-union manufacturing, distribution, engineering and sales environments. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration with a focus in HR Management from Bradley University. He also has his SPHR, SHRP- SCP, Greenbelt in Six Sigma and a Master’s Degree of HR Management from the University of Connecticut.
