Our Customer Service teams work closely with customers, drivers and other areas of the business to help ensure needs are being met, from order placement all the way up to delivery.

As a member of our Customer Service team, you will help customers navigate Schneider’s various service offerings. You will take complete ownership of customers’ freight by creating and tracking orders, anticipating challenges and providing creative solutions to exceed customer expectations. Plus, remote work options are available to Customer Service Representatives once training is completed.

Support Shift Representative

As a member of our Support Shift team, you will be accountable for managing customer relationships during our second- and third-shift hours and on the weekends. This role is perfect for college students looking to gain professional work experience or those looking to balance their work-life blend. Remote work is also available to Support Shift Representatives once training is completed.

Equipment Coordinator

As an Equipment Coordinator, you will work to ensure optimal utilization of trailers and collaborate with other departments to resolve trailer issues in specific regions. If you enjoy the analytical and problem-solving side of business, you'll likely find a fulfilling career in this role.
