As a Recruiter, you are engaged with market conditions, take creative approaches in attracting candidates, and execute targeted marketing strategies to find the best talent out there.

Benefits Analyst

Schneider's Benefit Analysts oversee and implement health, wellness and retirement benefits for the entire company. In this role, you will analyze existing benefit plans and ensure that Schneider's offerings are competitive and follow industry best practices. You will also stay connected to industry trends, new programs and legal changes, as well as maintain vendor partnerships, oversee enrollment and provide direction to our associates.
