Recruiting Operations Manager
As a Recruiting Operations Manager, you will lead a team of driver recruiters who sell career opportunities to driving candidates. They make crucial decisions on candidate qualifications. You will provide vision and direction to the recruiters to ensure Schneider is meeting line of business capacity needs including process compliance, work flow and key factor measurements.
Our Corporate Recruiters play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. As a Recruiter, you will execute full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, partner with the hiring leaders, facilitate interviews and oversee candidate consensus. As a Recruiter, you are engaged with market conditions, take creative approaches in attracting candidates, and execute targeted marketing strategies to find the best talent out there.
Schneider's Benefit Analysts oversee and implement health, wellness and retirement benefits for the entire company. In this role, you will analyze existing benefit plans and ensure that Schneider's offerings are competitive and follow industry best practices. You will also stay connected to industry trends, new programs and legal changes, as well as maintain vendor partnerships, oversee enrollment and provide direction to our associates.
