Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Business Marketing Analyst to provide analytical support to the marketing team by conducting data analysis, creating reports, monitoring Power BI dashboards and developing processes to drive smarter decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with large datasets and translate raw data into clear business insights.
- Build data models by joining tables using SQL.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure campaign performance.
- Perform ad hoc analyses using internal and third-party data.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver insights that guide strategy.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
- Work with data engineers and data governance teams to ensure data quality.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of analytics experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data extraction and visualization.
- Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills.
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transportation or a similar industry is a plus.
- Experience with Snowflake and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
