Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Green Bay to lead data analysis and oversee reporting functions that support the enterprise. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage information requests, create decision support tools and streamline business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support reporting, analytics and business process automation solutions.
- Support leadership in the development and maintenance of decision support tools that are used to manage business functions.
- Generate, maintain, analyze and distribute scorecards and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate ad hoc reporting requests from the business.
- Coach team members on the development needed for complex production reports.
- Develop invoicing and billing tools that are customer specific.
- Assist with documentation requests.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Experience with Python, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, SQL, VQL, Snowflake, Denodo, Oracle and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into usable information.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Solid understanding of financial and transportation-related terms.
- Able to create solutions in order to meet customers’ needs.
