Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Billing Specialist in Green Bay to resolve payment issues by working with internal customers, external customers and vendors. The Billing Specialist will use various payment systems to determine the root cause of payment defects and facilitate resolutions.    

Responsibilities: 

  • Review charges for accuracy and make updates when needed. 
  • Research payment issues and communicate findings to customers and vendors. 
  • Analyze data to determine payment solutions and minimize defects. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. 
  • Apply compliance processes to all job responsibilities. 

Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
