Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Warehouse Materials Coordinator in Midland to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Warehouse Materials Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of the customer’s supply chain.
  • Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
  • Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
  • Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
  • Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
  • Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
  • Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
  • Work through any border crossing issues that arise.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
