Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Green Bay to be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders. The Customer Service Rep will work in an office setting and utilize a variety of technology and programs to accomplish assigned tasks. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and accept customer orders.
  • Schedule appointments for orders. 
  • Document all necessary information throughout the order creation process.
  • Work closely with leaders, teams and customers to solve issues that arise.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay and benefits:

  • Additional $1.25 per hour on second and third shift, $2.00 per hour on weekends.
