Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Entry Level HRIS Analyst in Green Bay, WI to support a broad spectrum of Human Resources Information processes, integrations and technologies. The Entry Level HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact for customers using HR data and assist with supporting processes, continuous improvement, reporting, auditing and training needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, audit, and provide analysis of HR personnel and work structure data across all internal HRIS systems.
- Perform application upgrades and provide technical support for the HRIS applications.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation of HR data as required.
- Provide solutions for process improvements and coaching to end users on HR system issues.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of training materials.
- Maintain documentation for work instructions and process flows.
- Manage the shared HRIS email inbox, provide support for HCM issues and escalate issues as needed.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in information systems, HR management or business administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT, computer science or human resources systems experience.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Taleo, OTBI, OBIEE is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Able to gather and interpret data.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective project management skills.
