Job overview:     

Schneider is seeking a Business Systems Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of associates who develop, create and own planning initiatives, data analysis, reporting and automation systems. The Business Sytems Team Leader will oversee decision tools that impact revenue, earnings and business results.    

Responsibilities:     

  • Coach and mentor a team of business systems associates.    
  • Develop tools that can be used to automate business support functions.    
  • Have an understanding of current and new business tools.    
  • Provide innovative improvement ideas for existing automated systems and data science platforms.    
  • Identify technology and process inefficiencies and present solutions.    
  • Maintain documentation for the development of decision support tools, processes and automation.    
  • Analyze data to provide business insights and action recommendations.    
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports and analytical tools.    
  • Generate and distribute functional scorecards and key performance indicators.

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, computer science or a related field.    
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.    
  • Strong leadership skills.    
  • Excellent analytical skills.
