Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Client Technology Analyst in Green Bay to handle the configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, evaluating and repairing of client technologies. The Client Technology Analyst will also make recommendations to address business requirements and improve workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and implement processes for the installation and deployment of operating systems, software, hardware and network facilities related to the client environment.
- Develop, install, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot client technologies.
- Work with team members to respond to existing client issues.
- Document known errors, workarounds and procedures.
- Consult with management on the selection of client technologies.
- Expand and modify systems for new business processes.
- Provide on-call, conference room and executive team support as needed.
- Provide technical mentoring and training to teams as needed.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT work experience in infrastructure or network environments.
- Broad understanding of networking, computer and mobile hardware platforms, mobile device platforms, printing platforms, system administration,
- Active Directory, operating systems and collaboration/client applications.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting language.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, VMWare, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, InstallShield, mobile device management and Microsoft Office 365/Azure.
