Job overview:  

Schneider is seeking a Collision Team Leader in Green Bay, WI to lead a team of collision estimators. The Collision Team Leader will oversee activities related to accidents and recovery, damaged equipment claims processing and high-dollar equipment repairs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of collision estimation associates. 
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train and coach associates. 
  • Take lead on high-dollar damaged equipment claims. 
  • Identify large scale equipment defects and determine solutions. 
  • Monitor repair costs and update Schneider leaders when repair costs change. 
  • Monitor major equipment repairs to ensure adherence to estimated cost. 
  • Work with Schneider shop leaders to ensure the best cost decisions on major repairs. 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional work experience.
  • Diesel technician experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment and accident repair processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
