Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Senior HR Compliance Specialist in Green Bay, WI to manage Schneider’s I-9 and E-Verify programs, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reporting, and personnel files. The Senior HR Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for overseeing Schneider’s unemployment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide, create and maintain Form I-9 access, training and onboarding locations for the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct required internal I-9 audits; resolve any issues identified.
- Process personnel files, manage multiple file locations and create file-related metrics.
- Assist Schneider's unemployment processes by addressing unfavorable decisions, coordinating witnesses for hearings and reviewing leader resources.
- Prepare and present monthly metrics to measure performance for Unemployment and I-9 subject areas as required.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 or more years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of Unemployment Insurance processes and familiarity with Unemployment concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge of Form I-9 processes and requirements is a plus.
- Experience working with confidential information is preferred.
- Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
