Job overview:     

Schneider is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Green Bay to support our commercial leadership and sales team through conducting analysis, reporting and troubleshooting as well as handling various administrative tasks. The Sales Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team to create sales collateral and plan and execute events.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Act as a resource for sales associates by providing reports, marketing collateral, data, etc.    
  • Develop sales presentations and other materials to support the sales process.    
  • Keep sales collateral current by working closely with the Marketing team.    
  • Execute onsite meetings with customers through establishing agendas, handling the meeting logistics, preparing presentations and publishing meeting notes.    
  • Assist sellers with reports and new processes.    
  • Plan and execute sales events by creating registration sites, developing marketing materials, coordinating presentations, etc.    
  • Provide commercial leaders with specialized reports. 

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Associate degree in marketing or related field.    
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.    
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.    
  • Able to travel.
