What is Team truck driving?
Team driving is when two drivers take turns driving the same truck. Customers pay more to keep high-value freight moving, so Team drivers can expect to earn top dollar while they rack up the miles. On top of earning higher pay, Team drivers also get to drive newer equipment and take advantage of Schneider’s Team Pet Policy. Explore Schneider’s team truck driving positions below.

Need a Team driving partner?
Not everyone has a truck driver partner they can team up with when they decide they want to become a Schneider Team driver. That’s why we created our Team Matching Program.
The process is simple – once a driver is scheduled for orientation, a survey is sent to them that asks several questions about what he/she is looking for in a team partner. They are then matched to a driver who is also looking for a partner and answered the questions similarly. It’s then up to the two drivers to decide if they are comfortable forming a driving team with one another.
“At Schneider, there is a focus on safety, a great overall atmosphere and no micromanaging.”
