Team truck driving jobs

What is team truck driving?

Team driving is when two drivers take turns driving the same truck. Customers pay more to keep high-value freight moving, so team drivers can expect to earn top dollar while they rack up the miles. On top of earning higher pay, team drivers also get to drive newer equipment and take advantage of Schneider’s Team Pet Policy. Explore Schneider’s team truck driving positions below.
