You are accountable to coach, lead and mentor associates to achieve operational and safety goals. In the role of an Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the Driver Managers and their team. You are accountable to deliver specific internal results aligned to Schneider's strategic business plan.
Account Service Manager
As an Account Service Manager, you will act as a key liaison between the customer and Schneider teams. In this role, you will be accountable for the service metrics, operating budget and balancing the needs of the customer. Fun fact: Most Account Service Managers work onsite with the customer!
