Lead Generation Specialist

As a Leader Generation Specialist, you will be a driven, creative and proactive individual who develops opportunities for the New Business Development team through the pursuit of prospective clients and qualification of leads. Additionally, you will provide potential customers an in-depth introduction to Schneider’s portfolio of services and be responsible to transition the qualified client to the appropriate New Business Development Director.

As a Marketing manager, you are accountable for the development of marketing and communication efforts for the company. You will manage consistent brand identity by developing and implementing service-related materials, direct marketing processes, campaigns and content for the purpose of attracting and retaining customers across the enterprise.

Digital Marketing Analyst

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will design, create, innovate and deliver web-marketing programs to support Schneider’s commercial service offerings or recruitment efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external resources. In this multi-faceted role, you will execute on a wide variety of marketing programs and initiatives to increase website traffic, lead generation, brand and thought leadership activities.

New Business Development Director

As a New Business Development Director, you will drive the development efforts within a geographic area and will focus on customers with transportation solution needs. You are responsible for building new opportunities and will lead the sales cycle coordinating all information, activities and resources. You will act as a consultant to establish credibility with prospects through an understanding of their transportation challenges and present sound solutions.
