Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Security Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of security associates. The Security Team Leader will also solve security-related issues, lead Schneider’s emergency response plans and work with other leaders to develop and adhere to budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of security associates and ensure adequate shift coverage and proper staffing.
- Manage the enterprise company car program and establish car usage policies.
- Respond to emergency security issues and provide updates to other business leaders.
- Update organization-wide emergency response and recovery plans.
- Maintain incident and investigation records.
- Establish crisis policies and procedures.
- Create and follow annual budgets.
- Coordinate timelines and responsibilities for security-related projects.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or 2-4 years of previous security or customer service experience.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to remain calm in high pressure situations.
