The Sales Operations internship gives you the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world experiences by participating in sales trainings and to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.  During your internship you will assist several departments including Carrier Sales, Customer Service, Account Management and have visibility to the Management team.

As an intern you will:

  • Research carriers to ship freight, quote and negotiate loads by applying the creative techniques given to you to identify and develop new business opportunities and begin building your personal book of business

  • Communicate and network with associates across all levels of the organization 

  • Build strong relationships while delivering results to both internal and external customers

  • Learn from subject matter experts to enhance your knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics industry

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in college or technical school and have completed your Freshman year
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Have a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or greater
  • Proven critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Have the desire to work well both independently and cross functionally
  • Be available from early June through August for a 40 hour per week internship Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 am to 5 pm
