Schneider has an immediate need for an analytical Senior Compensation Specialist to join our organization and support the Owner Operator and Driver Compensation area. In this role, you will be accountable for the daily execution of the driver payment process utilizing Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC). Additionally, you will review and audit the driver pay setup to ensure driver pay is accurate and completed in a cost effective fashion. You are also responsible for providing support to internal customers with questions on driver pay processes. 

About the Role:

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying obstacles and inefficiencies in the current process, minimizing transaction failures, and improving performance time This may include process development, identifying requirements, and testing and implementing system enhancements.
  • Administer manual pay processes, including Pay for Performance programs defined by each Line of Business. This includes auditing pay entries made by driver advisors and other departments, calculating pay amounts, importing files, and validating that pay processed correctly for the following processes:
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • Two years of post high school education or the equivalent.
  • Three to five years experience in various functional areas such as Pay Services, Customer Service, Operations, Recruiting, or Human Resources.
  • Combined knowledge of transportation industry and information technology is preferred.
