Schneider is seeking a Director of Compensation to join our talented team! You will be responsibile for the planning, designing and implementing a diverse set of compensation programs. The compensation programs will align to the organization's people and business strategies, objectives, and competitive marketplace position for our Mexico and United States operations.

About the role:

  • Lead a team of driver and non-driver compensation and relocation professionals
  • Responsible for the evaluation and development of compensation related materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors to include updating the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) annually
  • Ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance by remaining informed of federal, state and local laws related to compensation programs 
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Four plus years of relevant experience
  • CCP designation desirable
  • Possess and be able to apply a broad knowledge of compensation principles, practices and procedures to the completion of challenging assignments
