Schneider is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our thriving team! You will be responsible for assisting the senior team members with the functional development and enhancements of the Broadcom Clarity project portfolio and Rally tools. You will work towards continuous improvement of related project portfolio management policies and processes. This responsibility is critical to ensuring we have accurate resource utilization forecasting, financial tracking, and are meeting correct legal, regulatory and internal process controls and standards.  

About the role:

  • Collaborate with the Program and Project Managers as well as other Tech and business users
  • Assist with gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting as needed to support annual planning, demand management processes and finance management processes
  • Actively engage in learning on how to program, maintain, validate and troubleshoot financial datasets for scheduled and ad-hoc financial and other project reports

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor or equivalent work experience. Minimum two years experience.
  • Associate degree in an information technology or finance related field, plus a minimum of six months to one year of related experience in technology, financial analysis, and/or reporting; or the equivalent. Experience working with Broadcom Clarity and Rally is desired but not required
  • Experience administering PPM and Rally applications strongly preferred
  • Project management or business analysis experience is a plus
  • Continuously stay up to date with program and project methodology & attend online training sessions offered by our partners
