Job Overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in either Fort Collins CO, Salt Lake City UT, Portland OR, or St. Louis MO to develop and grow the relationship with one of Schneider’s customers. The Customer Operations Manager will be located either on-site at a customer or at an SNI Operating Center and will lead a team that is accountable for the execution of the customer’s business strategy. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be accountable for the overall customer experience, which includes service, engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business and value add
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for both Schneider and the customer
  • Seek opportunities to expand the customer account
  • Develop an understanding of the customer’s supply chain in order to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities that would provide value to the customer 

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor degree or minimum of four years of relevant work experience 
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Have a desire for innovation 
  • Able to set a clear direction for associates 
  • Can leverage the ideas of a variety of perspectives
