An inside look at Schneider sales careers

We think it is safe to say that a successful sales team should consist of a group that is competitive, full of creative ideas and influential in growing the business. Sellers need to think outside the box, while always keeping customers’ best interests in mind.

In a Schneider sales career, an associate must hustle to keep up with the fast-paced environment and grind through situations that test their problem solving, multi-tasking and communication skills.

In this video, we want to capture just that. We want to showcase who our associates are, what they do and how they do it, while giving you a glimpse of the Schneider sales team culture. We also wanted to showcase how far we have come with our technology and training to get our newer sales associates up and off to success as quick as possible.
